The area is very quiet & safe. The great combination of seclusion and accessibility to important connections, shops, etc. make the country house stand out. The neighborhood is mainly inhabited by families with children & cats/dogs. Unfortunately, those looking for a party house will not find one here.
Getting around the accommodation
In the nearby village center, just 3 minutes away, there are bus connections that can be used approximately hourly from morning until evening. If you wish to be out and about every day exploring the region, it is advisable to rent a car. Parking facilities are available directly at the accommodation.

The house Fleckstraße 8 is located on the left side of the street, and you will see a sign saying "Landhaus" right at the entrance.
The parking space in front of the house is reserved for you.
Directly to the right of the entrance door, there is a key box. You will receive the code for it from us before your arrival.
